I didn’t buy a PC until the fall of 1999.  The reason:  THE TECHNOLOGY SCARED ME TO DEATH.   Fear of the unknown creates WORRY.  WORRY creates a poor decision making atmosphere.  

 KNOWLEDGE DEFEATS WORRY!!

     When my Compaq Presario 1600 arrived, I was once again horrified when I saw all of the wires and connectors and an instruction manual that may as well been printed in Chinese symbols.  I didn’t have a clue.

     My acupuncturist’s office manager had a side business teaching new PC owners  how to operate their systems.  I TOOK CONTROL of my future and hired her to tutor me through the process.  Although my PC aggravates the poop out of me, I don’t worry about sitting down in front of it to post on this blog.  It no longer scares me.

     Here’s a simple example of how chaos creates financial opportuinities:

     After a hurricane; contractors, plumbers, carpenters, real estate agents, suppliers, etc. step in and turn that nature-made chaos into new business and profits.

     I knew Hillary Clinton, I’d been her stockbroker in the ’80’s.  I knew that Barak Obama was inexperienced.   I knew that whichever one of them got the Democrat nomination, that person would be President.  McCain was a typical over-the-hill, dottering old fool.
