M : Mindset is the almost overpowering urge to be in control of your life and not be an indentured servant

T :  Timing.  It’s not so much what you invest in, but when you invest that matters

B:  Bargain Hunting.  Don’t chase with the crowd.  Wait, like a Spider, for bargains to show up.  They always will.

S:  SWOTT analysis.  This is how you identify the risks and assess the odds.

W:  Willingness to walk away.  Just because it sounds good, if you aren’t convinced you’ve identified all of the risks, walk away!
