$200 K – Selected stocks that I’ll help you select. Use on online broker for the transactions.

$700K – Buy 5 – 6 houses close to the beach in Destin (after the next chaos) for cash and rent them out. I’ll help you identify those houses for purchase. You can get a RE agent to show you around. They are helpful at closing.
