Do you have an ENTREPRENEUR  (EARNER) mindset, or an employee (WAGE TAKER) mindset?  

    ENTREPRENEURS (EARNERS) know their abilities are valuable and seek jobs and opportunities where they can improve or expand their marketable abilities.  When they find their opportunity, they work diligently to EARN the money paid to them as compensation.  ENTREPRENEURIAL PEOPLE (EARNERS) end up with employers who continually reward good work with steady pay increases. They usually end up self-employed and accumulate assets not toys. 

     EMPLOYEES (WAGE TAKERS) fill out applications and take whatever job and pay that is available.  When they find a job, instead of working hard to EARN the money paid to them, (WAGE TAKERS) will think of the job as a right they have and go mindlessly through the  motions of doing enough to get paid their meager wage.  EMPLOYEES (WAGE TAKERS) usually end up with a lot of employers over a long period of time and rarely receive merit raises.  EMPLOYEES (WAGE TAKERS) live paycheck to paycheck as a habit; spending their incomes on grownup toys, never thinking of saving and investing.   

     Which sounds like you?  If you are  an  (EARNER),  then the money insights I offer as your PRIVATE MONEY COACH  will make you rich.    If you are a (WAGE TAKER)   you had better get used to a lot of meaningless jobs or hope that others will EARN enough to pay the taxes to keep you in food and clothing.

   In my post from 6/29/10,  “Bargains Getting Close” , I said there was a lot of Low hanging fruit  out there ripening.

    Those of you who are clients and receive private alerts were advised mid-day on 7-2-10 to take positions in stocks that meet your personal criteria.  YEAH!!!

     The DJIA has risen some 750 points since that alert and many stocks we have discussed privately have moved up 20%+.   I wish all of you were in for the ride.

If I write a book about my approach to wealth development, 2 things can happen.

1. It will be a hit, I’ll make a lot of money from book sales, and all of the investing secrets I’ve used and taught to individuals for 27 years will be out there all at once.  After a secret is revealed to the masses it’s no longer a secret and is therefore invalid.  Darrell Royal had great success at Texas with the “Wishbone” until he taught it to a mass.  It was no longer effective.  If I tell 500 people to buy a stock, they can each do it and not affect the market.  If I tell 1,000,000 all at one time, the recommendation is no longer valid.
2. It will be a bust.  I won’t make any money from book sales and because I was writing a book, I didn’t use my secrets to make money in the market.

     When you put money into a MUTUAL FUND , you’re just waiting to lose money.  WHY?   Because when you put money into a mutual fund, 100%  of it goes immediately into the market and stays there 100%  of the time, 24/7,  and you have  no control or liquidity.

     When the market goes down, you get hammered because down markets take just about every stock DOWN.  When it goes up, because you are so overdiversified, you lack power because in an UP market, there is always selective, not all over strength.  The tide going out takes out everything.  The incoming tide DOESN’T BRING everything in with it.

     If you want to own stocks, make it a smaller portion of your assets, be selective of WHAT you buy and WHEN you buy them.

It’s not time yet to be taking advantage of the fire sale happening on Wall Street.  It’s still time far CONSTRUCTIVE PATIENCE  and SWOTT.   We with the Underdog Attitude really get into the negativity that everyone else has. 

 There is a lot of low hanging fruit out there ripening.  Not just in the Stock market, but in RE, and antiques at garage sales.  People are getting scared and selling stuff of value.  I’m sorry for their misfortune, that’s why I’ll take some of it off their hands at lower prices.
