I figured out back in the 70’s that most jobs, even the high-paying, prestigious ones like the ones I’ve had, felt like INDENTURED SERVITUDE.
A career of indentured servitude wasn’t very appealing so I plotted my own path for success.
I’VE BEEN ON MY OWN AND SUCCESSFUL FOR 27 YEARS, SINCE I WAS 35.
IF YOU WANT TO LIVE YOUR LIFE FREE, I WILL TEACH YOU WHAT WORKS FOR ME.

WEALTH DEVELOPMENT: THE DREW WAY
ROY P. DREW– Wealth Coach
LIQUIDITY
The systematic funding and maintaining of pools of liquid cash equivalent assets is a must for The Drew Way. Cash equivalent assets (T-bills & money market funds) represent power, freedom of choice, flexibility, and staying power.
SIMPLICITY
Investment product salespeople create a maze for investors with complicated hybrid schemes, programs, and mutual funds of varying descriptions. Investing at its best is simple.
With The Drew Way, financial vehicles that are easily understood and monitored, relatively safe, and powerful will be selected. U. S. T-bonds and well-known common stocks with long-term value fit the description.
SCRUTINY
Knowing when to invest and having money safely on the sidelines are the keys to making big investment profits. When people go to the horse race track, most feel that a wager must be placed on each race. They have a lot of action and a commensurate number of losers. Their losers are almost always greater than their winners.
Successful portfolio development is different. Under The Drew Way, commitments are made after close, thoughtful, scrutiny during which risks are exposed and are judged acceptable or unacceptable (S W O T T). As your personal Wealth Coach, I will teach you how to scrutinize investment opportunities for risks and, if you choose to retain my services, I will perform due diligence services for you, or provide expert second opinions on situations you request.
Simply put—there are 3 places to be with an investment portfolio, in stocks, in bonds, or on the sidelines until the risks are acceptable. **Real estate requires a lot of capital and at this time (Spring 2008) the timing is all wrong for real estate investing.
CONSTRUCTIVE PATIENCE
Successful portfolio development employing The Drew Way potentially requires a lot of patience. Constructive patience creates luck. Luck arrives when preparation, experimentation, and opportunity come together. The more prepared a person is, the luckier a person is.

Making Rich Happen is a way of doing things, a process of financial decision making. On a daily basis, I meet with folks who live on the Gulf Coast or are visiting down here and we discuss current and future financial conditions and make plans. In addition, people from all over the U. S. and the world get taught real-world investment tactics in real time.
We talk on the phone, communicate through e-mail, or work together in a combination of them both. I welcome anyone who has a real desire for financial freedom. Don’t worry about my fee, I will negotiate with you in good faith and arrange a fee, for my time, based on your educational budget.
Thanks,

My clients who have participated in the stock market rallies I’ve predicted (see previous posts) are beginning to sell “covered call options”. If you’d like to learn this tactic for protecting your gains, contact me. I’ll work with you 1 on 1– either in person, via phone, or email.
My predictions about economics, stocks, the business climate, and politics have been ACCURATE since 1984. Evidence is shown at www.makerichhappen.com . Some current activity is at THE ASK ROY BLOG. Read some of my previous posts.
